The kind of test I am talking about are the ones that are at the beginning or end of almost every computerized employment appication. Companies use the test as a part of their elemination process. They ask questions that the answers should be obvious, but if you don't understand the "right" answers, you won't pass these test or get called for an interview.

Meiers-Briggs is one of the most common termparement tests, but there are no right or wrong answers. The questions sort answers into 4 basic and 16 more intricate temperament types (temperament is a better word than personality in professional circles, I'd argue). Meiers-Briggs is a pretty useful tool for understand what kinds of challenges a person will enjoy and what types will be difficult or less pleasant. I'm a big fan of Meiers-Briggs, although not in a professional sense. It's helped me understand myself a great deal. You can take the basic Meiers-Briggs for free at the link below:
