It's a question my commerce assignment and I am doing the business "Qantas". The question is "employment relations policies of the business".

What are some Employment Relations Policies of Qantas?
I'd be choosing another airline company if I was you, as Quantas is sacking not hiring people and are not planning on putting on any new staff. Like the other poster said, it was edited over the news last night on TV.
Reply:If you have seen the news tonight, you would know that there employment relations are about to take a battering... they are looking at dismissing, retrenching approx. 1700 employees, mainly in non operational and middle management staff.
