What do you guys think- Disqualification of a company considering you because they've seen your resume too many times because employment recruiters submitted for the job without your knowledge is it fair? What is the right way to apply for a job ?
Do Employment Recruiters do you good or bad?
In person to the human resource office of the company, they are the first to see your resume and they willeither send it on or toss it, a great face and personality will help them put it through rather then toss, if you can't get to them then shmoos the recieptionist, they are asked what did he/she look like, how'd they ask, they are more then a receptionist they are the eyes and earsof the company, always in person, always dressed nice and with a smile on your face, and always check back in a week in person.... so I guess the answer would be, subbmit resume in person.
Reply:They def have their place. I got my last job (which was great, just hit a plataue and had to leave) through a recruiter and tried to use a diff one this round. I found my current job online. Recruiters help by getting your resume out there. I would just use one at a time if you choose to go that route. Def makes it easier for you... BUT sometimes you egt underpaid b/c the employer has to pay the recruiter to find you. Know what you're worth adn you'll do fine.
