Do you agree Employment Agencies employ idiots who think they know everything?

I have had major problems with my employment agency. Some are not even qualified and are very pushy and think they know it all. Some are only 20 and tell me how I should live and what I should do. Age doesn't count, it's the fact they think they know everything and are pushy and bossy and think that they are always right.

They are on commission, most likely...DON'T let them push you...say no if the assignment is not suitable to your needs....I worked at an Agency..and was very successful...why? Because I respected the candidates looking for work.
Reply:Definitely! I once knew of one who was fired for cheating on her SAT's. Someone who knew here by coincidence came in for an interview. When the employment "agent" gave the applicant a bad score they ratted on her for cheating which was known by the applicant as a matter of fact! They checked by looking at her average scores through school and found the scores she got did not jive with the scores she had on her SAT's. It put her on - the - spot and she caved!
Reply:Let me test for understanding here. You state that the employment agency you work for employs idiots. Uh...don't you work for them too? I think that if you meant those who run the offices, then perhaps in some cases, yes. Many of the people they hire to assIgnments however are most often good.
Reply:If you are referring to temp agencies, I've met girls/women there who were nice, and some that weren't. If you are talking about snobby princess types that could care less about your needs or feelings, they seem to have their share. I've also known some that were really friendly, helpful and considerate.
Reply:Yes, it's very pathetic. But then again, rude people always get undeserved honor %26amp; respect. We good people never receive any honor of anything for what we do.

Send a "complaint letter" to the agency right away !!
