I recently got a an offer from the company in Dubai, they said they needed my certificate to process the employment visa. My degree certificate will take a couple of months, so will i be able to apply for the empoyment visa with a provisional certificate?
Would a provisional certificate get me employment visa in Dubai?

because i am aslo provisional certificate holder in electronics
and i can easily got my visa and work over dubai from past 6 months
don't spend any amount for immigration
because whether u are provisonal certificate holder that means N.C.V.T or equivalent to that no need of immigration clearance
so don't spend money for that
