Are there international employment agencies or headhunters that specialize or excel in placing a U.S. citizen in a job in Europe? I am mainly interested in Rome. I'm a professional with an MBA. Maybe there are agencies or consultants that specialize in helping an American find a position in Europe, and can help with all the bureaucratic details such as work permits, residency permits and so forth?

I don't know of an agency but I do use a site called expatsinitaly.com This site is great and will help you with all of the legal information. I am looking to move to Italy soon and I couldn't have done it without this site.
