Why is retail have a higher level of casual employment whilst MINING has a high level of fulltime employment?
mining pays alot more. retail is usually the low end of the scale, with little or no benefits. its usually just a way to make a few bucks until you can find a real job.
Reply:Are you kidding? There are a million retail establishments, what maybe 1000 mining companies. Miners make 10 times what retailers do and risk far more.


Mining is a lifestyle. Retail is a convenience!
