I need to provide a 10 year work and residency history. I can't remember exact dates ten years ago and I want my records to match theirs.

most companies now for various reason will only verify yes they workd for us and givethem the dates you worked for them no other information is gneneraly allowed, call the human rescources department at each company and ask, you may need to go in person or senda notorizes letter so they know it is acualy you asking in wiritn,g some comanies require requests like that in writing
