Is it better to get a job at a job fair or employment agency than online?

Ive tried for months to find a better job would i have a better chance at snagging a job at a job fair or a employment agency? Ive been looking alot online and not much has happened.

Is it better to get a job at a job fair or employment agency than online?
In a job fair if they wish to take you immediately they conduct interview, negotiate and appoint you. But you wont get much time to decide. in online job, it will take some time to contact you and negotiate with you and then interview. but in this you will get enough time to think about the company and calculate about your salary expectations and all.
Reply:If you have a strong personality or it is difficult to include your particular strengths in a resume, then a job fair or employment agency might be a better way to go. If you resume is pretty strong, and you just aren't getting any leads, don't be too surprised, there are a lot of people looking for good jobs right now. Doing contract work can sometimes help get you through until you find something more permanent.
Reply:The only advantage I can see about job fairs or employment agencies is that you sometimes get an interview right then and there., plus you get to ask more questions to their representatives...

I haven't had much luck online either....
Reply:Yes i think so, people are more responsive when it is face to face.
