If you have a warrant for your arrest, is it possible for them to find you at your place of employment?

If you have a warrant for your arrest and have since moved from the county in which the warrant was issued and pursued new employment, is it possible for them to track you to your new job? I made a few mistakes and have since moved in order to get my life together and pay off the fines before I turn myself in... Any suggestions and/or info (other than the whole turn yourself in spill...) would be greatly appreciated.

Absoluely, especially if your new job does a background check.
Reply:Unless you are being paid under the table at your new job, you will be tracked down through you social security number or even you tax I.D. These are both things employers generally report, so it would be pretty easy to find you. Good Luck.
Reply:Nah, your absolutely safe at your new job. No need to worry, the police will never think to look for you there.
