What is a good employment agency to use?

I am a recent college graduate in Atlanta. I have a degree in English, and I am looking for an administrative assistant job in the Atlanta area. I have had experience as a part-time administrative assistant in college. Has anyone had any positive experiences with a certain agency?

What is a good employment agency to use?
I am using Acsys Inc but not sure if they are located where you are.





Other good agencies are Manpower, Kelly Services, Randstad, Hudson Legal (I used them once they paid very well), K-Force, Adecco, Friends and Company. Just to name a few. Good Luck

Reply:Wherever any reader of this post is, I implore you not to waste your good time and resources with the Right Staff (in MN Twin Cities, and I don't know if they are elsewhere).





This "agency" posts fake positions (one of their staff admitted that the position that drew me in was "a facsimile of a position we've had in the past"!....for that I wasted gas, time, and $$$?!), and wastes applicants' time in illegitimate testing, such as seating you in the receptionist's chair while you take timed tests, and other applicants come in and interrupt you, ask for your help, and you are not given an opportunity to redo your tests.





According to references, they act suspiciously fake when they contact references, as well, by not asking what seem to be legitimate questions. What are they doing with all of the information that they've gathered about you? Selling it to marketing companies? Who knows. What they ARE NOT doing is assisting in the search for vanishing employment! A total waste.





When you call them to check on ANY job possibilities, they send you on a wild goose chase calling other offices, who all point you back where you started. No work, just wasted time and resources. How can they claim to be an EMPLOYMENT agency, especially when they are posting fake jobs that don't exist?





Avoid the Right Staff! Something really foul going on there.
