Where are the best sites to find employment?

I have posted my resume on several sites. I haven't found employment. I am 52 years old.

I am too young for Social Security and too old for hire with some employers.

I am days away for becoming Homeless. I really need a job. "HELP"

Where are the best sites to find employment?
You are competing against thousands of others posting their resumes.

You are better off talking to everybody you know, networking directly with people to see if you can find work.
Reply:Have you tired retail.
Reply:Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careebuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their

vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/emdyn
Reply:I'm not sure what your resume looks like, but I would scrape a little money together and get it re-done by a professional. My mom got hers done and it looks amazing.

Then, re-post it on the site. A good one is Monster.com

In the meantime, I would try to find something in retail, even part-time if that's all they have to tide you over until you find the job your looking for.

Good Luck!
Reply:Monster is good, and craiglist may help. Where do you live?
Reply:Find a friend with some "pull" and maybe they can get you in where they work
Reply:The best job site is your friends, neighbors and aquaintances. You may also want to upgrade your resume and/or improve your skills.

You may also need to re-evaluate what jobs you are willing to take.
